This morning I went to on an outing with the Newcomer’s Club which I will write about tomorrow. We went to a park to stroll around, went for lunch, and I purchased a few souvenirs.
When I arrived back at my apartment, my new friends tried on my stylish hats.
They are decorative kids hats, which they knew, so just did it for the fun of it.
This is the first time I met Leo.
I gave Nicole her name when I returned to China in August.
A different hat with a traditional pose.
After the hats, I helped them study English for an hour. It was the first lesson for Leo, and at the end he was so proud to say his name, age, and where he is from in China.
Nicole and I finished the first two chapters, so she can talk about herself, and her family. It was fun for me to teach them, as Nicole would say the sentence in Chinese which I actually understood and then say it in English.
